COOKIE POLICY
This Cookie Policy explains how Graffiti Mountain, LLC ("Graffiti Mountain," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on graffitimountain.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you consent to the use of cookies as described in this policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you use the site. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information on their own, but they may be linked to personal data we hold about you.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
We use the following categories of cookies on the Site:
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Site to function properly. They enable core features such as shopping cart functionality, checkout processing, and account access. These cookies cannot be disabled without significantly affecting how the Site works.
Functional Cookies
These cookies remember your preferences and settings to improve your experience, such as language preferences or items you have previously viewed. They are not strictly necessary but enhance your use of the Site.
Analytics & Performance Cookies
These cookies collect information about how visitors use the Site, including which pages are visited most often and whether users encounter error messages. This data helps us improve Site performance and user experience. This information is aggregated and anonymous.
Marketing & Targeting Cookies
These cookies may be used to deliver advertisements or promotional content relevant to your interests, and to track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. They may be set by us or by third-party advertising partners.
3. Cookies Set by Wix
Our Site is built on the Wix platform. Wix sets its own cookies to enable core website functionality, analytics, and security. These include cookies necessary for the Wix editor, storefront, and payment processing to operate correctly. For a full list of cookies set by Wix, please refer to Wix's Cookie Policy at wix.com/about/privacy.
4. Third-Party Cookies
In addition to cookies set directly by Graffiti Mountain and Wix, certain third-party services integrated into the Site may set their own cookies. Currently these may include:
-
PayPal: Used to facilitate secure payment processing. PayPal may set cookies to recognize returning users and prevent fraud.
-
Printify: Our print-on-demand fulfillment partner may use cookies in connection with order processing for applicable products.
Additional third-party tools: [Placeholder -- update this section when you add tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other marketing/analytics integrations. Include the tool name, its purpose, and a link to its cookie/privacy policy.]
We do not control third-party cookies and are not responsible for how those parties collect or use data. We encourage you to review the privacy and cookie policies of any third-party services listed above.
5. Cookie Duration
Cookies may be either session cookies or persistent cookies:
-
Session cookies are temporary and are deleted from your device when you close your browser.
-
Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period of time or until you delete them manually.
The duration of specific cookies varies depending on their purpose and the party that sets them.
6. Managing & Disabling Cookies
You have the right to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site, including your ability to add items to your cart or complete a purchase.
To manage cookies through your browser, refer to your browser's help documentation:
-
Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data
-
Safari: Preferences > Privacy
-

-
Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
You may also opt out of certain third-party analytics cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at optout.networkadvertising.org or the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a Do Not Track (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your browsing activity tracked. Our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals, as there is no industry-wide standard for how websites should respond to such requests. We will update this policy if that changes.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as our use of cookies or applicable laws change. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
